Added Role-Based Access Control

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is now available across organizations, groups, and projects.

This release adds:

• Owner, Admin, and Member roles for organizations
• Owner, Admin, Manager, and Developer roles for groups and projects
• Share-flow enforcement so users cannot grant roles above their own access level
• Automatic Owner membership for users who create organizations, groups, or projects
• Organization Admin and Owner management across groups and projects in the organization
• Human-readable role information in member and connector lists
• Ownership transfer for organizations, groups, and projects

These changes make it easier to manage shared workspaces while limiting each user to the resources and administrative actions they should have access to.
