Fixed MCP Search Scoping and Storage Connector Tools

MCP search results now stay scoped to the requested connector, and the Uploaded Files connector is fully accessible through MCP tools.

Fixed two issues affecting how AI agents interact with Phennec through MCP.

This release includes:

  • search with a connector argument now hard-scopes results to the requested connector, instead of occasionally returning results from other connectors
  • The Uploaded Files connector now exposes explore_list, explore_history, and data_by_url, so agents can browse and retrieve uploaded files like any other connector

Agents can now search and browse uploaded files more reliably and without cross-connector leakage.
