Added S3 Storage Connector
Phennec can now connect to Amazon S3 (and S3-compatible) buckets to explore, fetch, and index objects.
Phennec now supports Amazon S3 and S3-compatible storage (including MinIO) as a connector.
This release includes:
- Credential validation and bucket accessibility checks
- Recursive object exploration with prefix and extension filtering
- Object download and conversion through the existing document converter pipeline
- Support for
s3://URLs, regional HTTPS endpoints, and MinIO endpoints
Organizations can now bring documents stored in S3 buckets into Phennec’s search and retrieval alongside their other connectors.
