Fixed GitHub MCP Navigation, Pagination, and Filters

GitHub MCP tools now handle nested folders, history pagination, file tree pagination, and merge request filters more reliably.

Fixed several GitHub MCP tool issues that affected repository exploration and merge request retrieval.

This release includes:

  • explore_list can browse nested repository folders without returning empty results
  • explore_history respects controlled page sizes
  • git_file_tree paginates file trees without duplicate pages
  • git_mr_list applies state, search, and branch filters

Agents can now browse GitHub repositories and narrow merge request results more predictably.
